1. Subject
1.1. These terms and conditions and data protection information regulate participation in PANDOCS Social media competition of The Green Fork GmbH, Breinberg Mitte 3, FN 555993m (hereinafter referred to as "Organizer" or "The Green Fork GmbH") within the framework of Facebook; Instagram postings and the raffle in the Pandocs app under "PANDOCS competition" under the domains facebook.com, Instagram.com and pandocs.com (hereinafter referred to as "application"). 2.2. Participation in the competition is voluntary, free of charge and independent of the purchase of any goods or services. A cash redemption of the prizes is not possible.
2.3. Employees and relatives of employees of The Green Fork GmbH, any cooperation partners and the companies affiliated with the group are excluded from participation. “Relatives” are also understood to mean those people who share the same place of residence and thus a postal address.
3. Opportunities to participate
3.1. The competition starts on October 15, 2021 and will be held every 14 days until further notice.
3.2. Participants can only use the Facebook- and Instagram-Page of The Green Fork in the competition and in the Pandocs app.
4. Participation in prizes / prizes
4.1 The Green Fork Trials BOX worth € 35 each will be raffled off every 14 days among all participants
4.2. Participation takes place by offering 5 crowns for a tasting box in the Pandocs app. The winner (s): will be drawn by lot.
5. Duties of conduct and accountability
5.1. The Green Fork GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants who use unauthorized aids or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation from participating in the competition. In these cases, prizes can also be subsequently withdrawn and reclaimed.
5.2. The competition may only be used for private purposes. Neither the competition nor the content transmitted or produced with it (in whole or in part) may be used by participants or third parties in business dealings. 6. Handling of the competition
6.1. The announcement of the winners is without guarantee. Compensation for the profit in cash or in other material assets or its transfer to other people is not possible. The winners can waive the prize.
6.2. The prizes will be sent by post after the winner has provided the address. If the deliverer does not find the winner at the address provided, the prize will be deposited for collection and a collection slip will be thrown in the mailbox. The pick-up location (usually a nearby post office) and the duration of the pick-up period (usually 14 days) is indicated on the pick-up slip (“yellow slip”). After the collection period has expired, the prize will be returned to The Green Fork GmbH. A new delivery does not take place.
6.3. If a participant does not confirm acceptance of the prize within one week of receipt of the notification of the prize in writing to The Green Fork GmbH (to gewinnspiel@thegreenfork.at), the prize will be forfeited. In this case the winner will be drawn again. If the winner does not confirm this within one week of receipt, the prize is forfeited.
6.4. If the addresses or email addresses given are incorrect or invalid, The Green Fork GmbH is not obliged to research correct addresses. The disadvantages that result from providing incorrect contact data are at the expense of the participants.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
7.1. The organizer points out that the availability and functionality of the competition cannot be guaranteed. The application can be terminated or removed due to external circumstances and constraints, without the participants having any claims against the organizer.
