The EU ORGANIC logo was created in 2010 to give consumers a uniform label for organically certified products.

- For the remaining 5% there are also strict regulations in place.
- Only ingredients that are certified by an approved inspection body at least once a year are awared with the EU-ORGANIC quality seal.

These strict regulations also apply for the production, processing, transport and storage of the products. Here is a brief overview for you:
- It may no synthetic dyes, artificial flavors or Flavor enhancers be used.
- In the livestock farming genetically modified feed is prohibited. Animals may also not be driven with electric shocks or given tranquilizers.
- There is a maximum number of animals permitted per hectare
- In addition, chemical-synthetic pesticides and fertilizers are taboo.

Organic ingredients are important to us. And there is a reason for that. We believe organic farming is the most natural form of farming and animal husbandry. Accordingly, this also means more work for the farmers, whom we would like to support.
