If you ask us whether it still makes sense to cook yourself these days, we will always answer with a loud and clear YES! As you deal with ingredients while cooking, you will get a better feeling for the ingredients and the prepared dish.

We have made it our business to develop healthy ready to heat meals that taste good. That is why we produce high quality Organic ready to heat meals, packed with nutrients, without sugar, lactose and gluten - with regional
Superfoods in Austria. Our shock-freeze method does
not only keep our products fresh for 12 months in the freezer: the shock freezing also preserves the nutrients as if the ingredients had just come from the field. We want to create a good alternative, in case you don't have the time to cook and you do care what ends up in your stomach. With our Mix & Match concept you can swap our main dishes and side dishes as you like. Production, transport and packaging are as Co2
and so resource-saving as possible.
