How and when do you get your dishes delivered?
- It will be delivered the next day, if you order by 11:30 a.m. Monday to Thursday, your dishes will be delivered to your front door the following day - i.e. Tuesday to Friday.*
- Within 2 business days will be delivered if your order is not finished by 11:30 a.m. or if you order your weekly supply at the weekend (including Sunday).*
- Example: if you order on Thursday after 11:30 or on any other day up to and including Sunday, we will put together your box on the following Monday and you will receive the order on Tuesday.*
- Basically, the delivery always happens only on weekdays! Not on weekends, not on public holidays. *The delivery should always happen within the delivery window described in the first 2 paragraphs, unfortunately we cannot guarantee this for logistical reasons.
- Deliverer: Who brings you the good food? Die Post!

Frozen-shipping boxes: our dishes come in REUSABLE shipping boxes, which must be returned. There are 2 options for this:
- Either the boxes are emptied immediately upon delivery and given back to the postman
- Or the boxes can be returned to a post office within 10 days using the enclosed, free return label
- What happens if the boxes don't find their way back? Since our boxes have to be able to do a lot (especially cooling for a very long time), they are produced very expensively and have to be purchased new. We charge €100 for this, but we would prefer you to simply return the boxes. Thanks very much!
- Invoice: as soon as you have received your order, you will receive your invoice via email
SHIPPING: What can we offer you?
8 dishes = free shipping | Minimum order quantity = 4 dishes
In order to keep our promise of "acting as CO2-friendly as possible", we have designed deep-freeze delivery boxes that store the cold optimally and thus require less energy. In addition, our boxes hold 8 dishes at once - so we can deliver a whole week's supply to you and your family.
Our Minimum order is 4 dishes - i.e. a minimum turnover of approx. €19.49 - plus that €5.99 for shipping.
If you decide to fill up the shipping box – well 8 dishes to order - the shipping is on us! So Free shipping!
If you really want to, we can also bring you fewer dishes - here is an overview of all the options:
- Option 1: Free shipping for 8 dishes (min €34.99 turnover)
- Option 2: €2.99 shipping fee for 6 dishes or more (min €28.99) – it is best to fill the box with 8 dishes
- Option 3: €5.99 shipping fee for 4 dishes or more (min €19.49) – it is best to fill the box with 8 dishes
- Option 4: €8.99 shipping fee for less than 4 dishes (< €19.49 – it is best to fill the box with 8 dishes
