NEXT DAY DELIVERY?: Hell yeah!

How and when do you get your dishes delivered?

The next day will be delivered: If you order by 11:30 a.m. Monday to Thursday, your dishes will be delivered to your doorstep the following day - Tuesday to Friday.
Within 2 business days will be delivered if your order is placed later then 11:30 a.m. or if you order your weekly supply on the weekend (including Sunday). Example: if you order on Thursday after 11:30 am or on another day up to and including Sunday, we will put your box together on the following Monday and you will receive the order on Tuesday.
Delivery only takes place on weekdays! Not on weekends, not on public holidays.
Deliverer: Who brings you the good food? The post!
Frozen-Shipping boxes: Our dishes come in REUSABLE shipping boxes, which have to be returned. There are 2 options for this:
- Either the boxes are emptied immediately upon delivery and given back to the postman
- Or the boxes can be returned to a post office within 10 days with the enclosed, free return label
- What happens if the boxes don't find their way back? Since our boxes have to be able to do a lot (especially to chill for a long time), they are very expensive to produce and have to be purchased again. We charge €100 for this, but we would prefer if you could just give the boxes back to us. Thanks very much!

SHIPPING: What can we offer you?

8 dishes = free shipping | Minimum order quantity = 4 dishes

In order to keep our promise “to act as CO2 friendly as possible”, we have designed delivery boxes that store the cold optimally and thus require less energy. In addition, our boxes hold 8 dishes at once - so we can deliver a whole week's supply to you and your family.

The minimum order quantity is 4 dishes - So a minimum turnover of approx. € 19.49 - to be added € 5.99 for shipping.

Should you decide to fill the shipping box full - well 8 dishes to order - the shipping is on us! So Free shipping!

If you really want, we will bring you fewer dishes - here is an overview of all options:

Option 1: Free shipping with 8 dishes (min. € 34.99 sales)
Option 2: € 2.99 shipping fee for 6 dishes or more (min € 28.99) - it is best to fill the box with 8 dishes
Option 3: € 5.99 shipping fee for 4 dishes or more (min € 19.49) - it is best to fill the box with 8 dishes
Option 4: € 8.99 shipping fee for less than 4 dishes (<€ 19.49 - it is best to fill the box with 8 dishes
